How we work with youBroadly speaking, our work with clients is along one or other of the following lines:
So how we commence work with you would depend on how specific the requirement when you first contact us.
If you have a clearly-defined, short-term project in mind, then we would normally meet up, go through your written brief together to make sure both sides clearly understand what’s required, then go away and do our bit. However, your problem may be of a more strategic nature – one which defies quick and easy definition. Or, it may require an intervention across several fronts. Either way, you might choose to involve us in defining the problem up-front before discussing the best way to actually tackle it, making use of our external, third-party perspective. In such instances, we normally meet up to broadly define the problem, and agree where MortonGregory’s input is required. Then, we come up with a plan of attack. If and when you sign off on the plan, then we start work. NB: if at any point we don’t think we’re best-placed to help you, we say so right away – and do our best to point you towards someone who can. But if we CAN help, we give it our best shot. And previous clients will confirm that our best shot is very effective indeed. Whatever your particular circumstances, the first meeting is always free.
